Looking for Greedo

Well, since nobody has yet chosen to reveal what kind of "shenanigans" occurred last session, I felt I should take the responsibility for getting the conversation going.  Given that on his recent blog post, Carl admitted he would be using some elements of the Star Wars RPG for this phase of the game, here is my big idea for what to do next:

Let's take the ship and find a spaceport where we can sell some stuff off (spare parts, whatever) to get some   money, then go find out where the rodians live (i.e., the race of Greedo from Star Wars).  James Bomb wants to meet the Greedos, and strike up an intergalactic, inter-planar deal with them -- about what, I don't yet know.

Sound good?

  1. haha well we basically tried to figure stuff out, how to use weapons, robots, ect.My character pushed a random button and routed all power to shields, then i pushed it again and it rerouted power back to normal operations but it was noticed on the screen in the main area that there were flashing red lights. Apparently when the power came back on it had released some cryochambers with mutant elf dudes, there was lots of fighting and lots of explosions. After awhile security robots got sent down to deal with some of the remaining crazy mutant elfs(hard to explain without carl's pics haha). We really didn't do much besides learn some functions of the ship and kill shit.

  2. Are we in control of those security robots?

  3. Carter - pretty much. I think it was Bob the human who was working on the robotics computers and he has gained access to the robotics communications network. He has access to cameras in robots, control over what tasks the robots perform, and cameras and controls in the rooms the robots occupy when not in action.
